  27. but it can be ordered on magnetic tape from Columbia University, or obtained
  28. over various computer networks or from dialup hosts (but note that Columbia
  29. will always have the most up-to-date set of source files).

  31. The .BOO file programs are useful for encoding binary files as printable text
  32. (.BOO) files and decoding them back into their original form, for convenient
  33. shipping over communication lines, networks, or electronic mail.  New versions
  34. of Kermit are often distributed in .BOO format.
